It's nice, especially for my space, but extremely hard to build and has horrible instructions. The drawer has to be slammed pretty hard to close all the way. Also I can't figure out how to get the wheels to lock so its always rolling around. The lift top is also pretty hard to open and close compared to my last lift top table. This table is oh so Mad Men, midcentury and I lov it! I plan to use it as an occasional desk , which made it even more functional. The instructions were pretty straightforward but I did have to give them a second read before starting. The hardware was really well made and the finish was done nicely. Looks great in our living room and versatile in use. However only giving it 4 stars as the directions were extremely lacking in detail and no identification markings on any materials to follow.
