This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. Wow, this was a very impressive find. It does come in three large boxes that were pretty substantially heavy, but super easy to put together. You just pop the tops in the top and then the sides to the sides real simple and also so comfortable like for a leather or faux leather couch, you wouldn’t think it would be this comfortable, but it really is and it’s not that real slippery leather.
