I ordered a powered lift-and-tilt recliner with massage and heat controls for my 97-year-old mom, who lives in another state. Delivery was scheduled by Friday afternoon, and I arranged for a staff member to assemble it before the workday ended. Instead, the large, boxed recliner was left outside on the assisted living facility’s porch on Saturday (non-workday), exposed to rain or theft. There’s written instruction inside the double door how to enter the building. Also, I asked a Wayfair customer service representative how to activate the recliner’s tilt function and was told I would receive an answer by email. After two days of back-and-forth messages, I was instructed to hold the “Extend” button. That guidance was incorrect; the tilt function requires holding the “Retract” button. So far, my mom really loves the look and feel of the recliner and all of its functionality.. Stanley. Queen Creek, AZ. Mon Oct 12 2026

EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable! Looking elsewhere for quality and comfort!. Evalyn. Junction City, OR. Sat Oct 10 2026

This power lift recliner brings motion functionality and lounge-level comfort to any home. It's designed with a remote-controlled system and a silent lift motor to assist with standing up, while the reclining mechanism adjusts between 90° and 150° for relaxed seating. Padded arms and a stuffed back deliver support, and the soft fabric upholstery blends easily into your space. Built-in side pockets and dual cup holders provide practical storage to keep remotes and drinks within easy reach. The frame relies on engineered wood. It also includes a USB port to charge your devices.

This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.. Kelly. Peoria, IL. Fri Jul 31 2026

This power recliner pairs an ergonomic club silhouette with functional features for a supportive seating experience in your space. Upholstered in soft microfiber fabric, it's designed with high-density foam cushions so you won't lose support while relaxing. The wall recline design lets it fit easily into any corner. It also includes convenient cup holders and side storage pockets to keep your essentials within arm's reach.

This chair is fantastic it came in 4 pieces so it was easy to carry and went together perfectly. I absolutely love the heat and massage features. The lift is smooth and easy to maneuver. The such an added bonus charger port and hidden cup holders are. Margie. Fri Aug 07 2026

This lift chair recliner represents the perfect combination of style and function. In addition to offering massage and heat features, it supports true infinite positioning. The top-grain leather is soft, luxurious, and easy to clean and maintain. It has a power motion seat with a power-independent adjust headrest and a removable lumbar pillow that allows you to select the optimal position for your comfort. One can experience the lift position at the touch of a button and help elders discover convenient comfort right at home.

This is a bang for your buck type of purchase. We purchased this for my elderly mother to replace her fabric recliner. She is 5 ft tall and it deep for her but she likes it. Her favorite feature is the heat. The only drawback is the two remotes and having to get used to mainly a 6 button remote from prior a 2 button remote. It is comfy for a nap and sleeping. It does offer many massage levels. The lift feature works as it should and gets her on her feet. One note to mention if you are purchasing this for an elderly person....the motors are slow and the foot rest could be a little higher. If your elderly loved one has issues with urgency or needs to have their feet well elevated, this may not be the chair for them. We have also had several family members try this out...a 6 ft tall man, broad shoulders...loved the heat and massage and features to control head, back and feet differently. A woman, about 5 ft 7 inch also found it comfortable and liked the several features. If you are short, like me, 5'4", and need lumbar support, it may not be the chair for you. It does come with a lumbar pillow but it is up to your preference if you want to feel that support immediately if when you sit down or you want that pillow. We purchased for $540 sale price. Arrived quickly and in tact. Assembly was fairly straight forward, but you have to really review them to attache the power supply and remotes accordingly. It took about a half hour with two people since some of the parts can be heavy. The color is nice and the wide arms and cup holders are a plus. I can't give it a full 5 stars but it is pretty comfy overall, and likely it won't be returned.. Donna. East Windsor, NJ. Wed Oct 14 2026

This lift chair recliner is truly awesome!! We’ve owned a few lift chairs over the years, and this one is by far the best — it reclines the farthest back and lifts the highest of any chair I’ve ever seen!! The fabric is so soft and plush, and with the heat and so many massage settings, this bad boy is so comfortable you’re not going to want to get out of it! It even has two really nice pull-out metal cup holders, one on each armrest. We actually shopped at a very high-end furniture store in town before getting this one, and honestly, this chair from Wayfair beats the lift chair recliners they had BY FAR! We got this for my mother, who has a very small room and is pretty tiny herself. Her last chair was smaller, and after getting this one, I have to say — even though it’s probably a little large for her room — I wouldn’t go back. That old chair just wasn’t comfortable or well made. So if you’re shopping for a lift chair for your loved one, my recommendation is to go bigger (and better) so they’ll actually be comfortable in it!. Jennifer. Tue Jul 21 2026

The chair was easier to put together than getting the box inside! The seat is too long the back does NOT FIT PERPENDICULAR, hence only 4 stars. I love the blue color and the smaller size, but the arms could would be more comfortable about 4-5” taller. Anonymous. Columbus, OH. Mon Sep 14 2026

I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! I highly recommend this chair to anyone that wants a comfortable and beautiful recliner! I had back surgery 18 years ago- which lead to me getting our first electric recliner and this one is 10Xs better than my old one! My back and body are very happy!!! You won't be disappointed with this amazing recliner!. Carolyn. Hollister, CA. Fri May 01 2026

This is the best power lift recliner we have owned (3rd one). It is extra wide and so incredibly comfortable. It’s like sitting in a super supportive cloud. When you raise the footrest, your entire body is supported from your tail bone to the tip of your heels. There are no “gaps” between the seat and leg rests - it’s one continuous piece. When you fully lower the back, it’s like sleeping on a firm, supportive bed and it gives you that true anti gravity comfort. When you raise the back to the 100% full upright position, the headrest automatically tilts forward a couple of inches, giving you that perfect reading/tv watching position. The feature I love best is I can raise the back into the 100% full upright position with the footrest fully extended to the 90 deg position. Perfect comfort & leg support for reading. And the footrest & back can be adjusted independently to any position in between. It took me a while to figure out the best way to use the power lift function. Always ALWAYS just use the LIFT button - the chair will return to the upright position AND lift you up to a near standing position. The fabric is soft and lush. It seems like it will be very durable. There is a large pouch pocket on both sides of the chair, as well as a loop above each pocket to hold the remote controls. There is 1 remote control for the Heat/Massage function and 1 remote to control the footrest, backrest and lift functions. Each remote attaches separately, which is a great design feature. If the heat/massage breaks, you can still operate the chair. This chair does not have a manual override, so if you are in any position other than sitting upright with your feet on the floor and your power goes out, you might be trapped in the chair. I purchased a 20 minute backup power supply (UPS) with an alarm and plugged my chair into that to ensure I never get trapped in the chair. I purchased the 5yr warranty and want to let you know Allstate provides the extended warranty and emails you all the info you need on how to file a claim if need be. Also, I had a problem with a remote and the customer service folks who manufacture this chair were really kind, helpful and quickly cane up with a great solution. 10 out of 10 stars fir those folks. Just a little helpful fyi: do not use the backrest + footrest + lift button as the power lift. This will cause the chair to lower while tilting forward before it begins to lift, which makes it feel like you are falling out of the chair. Just use the Lift button only, no matter what position you are in. Hope this is helpful.. Diane. Irvine, CA. Sat Oct 10 2026
