The shed was just what we needed. The assembly however was put off six different times as the installation people cancelled on every opportunity. So far so good. So far, Wayfair has done everything we asked of them and kept us up to date with appropriate notifications. Our shed just got delivered today, which is 2 weeks earlier than anticipated, and the delivery team was very friendly, competent and punctual. They exceeded our expectations. Now we wait to get the shed assembled which is a great service for Wayfair to offer since no local contractors want to deal with as quickly as Wayfair. I will return and ammend with images when assembly is complete. Mark. Trumbull, CT. Tue Oct 20 2026

Built to withstand 30 PSF snow load and 35 MPH winds, it reliably shields belongings from rain, snow and harsh sunlight year-round. After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor..
