Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I'm planning on pulling the side panels this summer and adding additional insulation. Hope this helps.. Tim. Williston, VT. Tue Apr 28 2026

Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021

Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Sun Oct 11 2026

I love this hot tub. I originally bought an inflatable hot tub and quickly discovered we loved it. So we ordered this tub. I was expecting it around May 14th to the 22nd but it came early on the 2nd. The delivery drivers were absolutely incredible. We had planned to set the tub at the far end of our gravel dirt driveway and the delivery drivers were kind enough to bring it as far as they could which was actually right next to where we were going to put it. They were wonderful and made it so easy for us to get the tub where we needed it. It is quite heavy so we had 4 guys here to help us move it after the delivery drivers left. It wasnt too bad to get it into position. My only complaint about the hot tub is the access panel screws are put in at an angle. I had to buy a right angle drill adapter to remove the screws. And some of the screws no longer catch on the panel to hold it together now. My other complaint is that the holes are large enough for rodents to get into the access panel. So we had to cover those holes in wire mesh. A minor issue but it was fixable. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty in accessing the pump. My other complaint is the cover has 3 holes on each side that go through the fabric and show the foam inside. I would think thats not right but its on both sides and the holes are in the same position on both sides and perfect circles. I dont know if those are intentional though or not.. Tyler.
