Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. I used this peel and stick tiles for a garage bathroom floor to give it a more masculine feel. I like the outcome, but I would suggest padding your measurements for mistakes, etc. I had several tiles where the corners broke off. I had prepped the concrete prior to putting down the tiles, so they did seem to adhere just fine. Tiles were easy to cut with a utility knife. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. After H**e D***t sent me an empty parcel that was supposed to have my threshold and couldn't send me a replacement in time for install, this was the next best thing. The color doesn't match exactly with my vinyl flooring, but it's close enough under the circumstances. Much better than what was there before. We have just completed the job and absolutely love this flooring after a very long search, I was made comfortable choosing this one for its texture and color which was the Venice not the one depicted here. The price is descent compared to similar and as well as the exact one in other stores I shopped online and in person. My only advice is be sure of your measurements the return shipping fee is pretty hefty….however theres another option offered such as 20 of the remaining boxes you may be allowed to keep….at least it is what I was offered.. Ordered the cream. It seems to have a blue-gray cast to it. I bought 8 boxes, and 3 boxes had chips on top and bottom pieces, mostly on corners. I have not installed, but I did open each box to inspect and played with “locking”. I like the feel of the vinyl tiles and hope that these live up to their warranty. I got a great sale price in the wayfair app…saved about 1.50 sq ft. Finally installed. It was difficult to get these to lock and fakll flat. A lot of tapping.
