It took longer than expected to receive the countertop but it arrived in immaculate condition and looks amazing. I put on 3 thin coats of wipe-on water based satin polyurethane to protect it and sanded lightly with steel wool in between coats. The polyurethane really brought out the color without adding too much sheen - it is gorgeous. I know there were some unfavorable reviews for this countertop but I recommend it highly.. Terrell. I put these on my 4x4 inch (ugly) tile floor over two years ago and they still look fantastic. They have molded to the ups and downs of the tiles and, surprisingly, have not moved over the course of the years - and this is in the kitchen so they get A LOT of wear and tear. I definitely recommend these! Also put them in the entry way, and covering those same ugly tiles around the fireplace. Looks so much nicer!! We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern. Well i guess I ordered a sample of this gorgeous flooring instead of the box but its super nice. It has cushion base and interlocking for stability its nice and wide not a thin strip. There is a wide color selection I chose vintage oak for my needs. The box price is reasonable and the sample really sold me on the quality level. The sample was great to help an informed choice of product is would highly recommend a sample before purchasing any flooring choice now. Color:Pecan I ordered one box just to test it out and see if I like it and if the color suits my home. I ordered the box, it shipped within a few days, but the delivery….ugh... My scheduled delivery date was changed at least 5 times, my original delivery date was scheduled one month ago. So I took one star off, even though it was upsetting, but I am here for the product not the delivery. The product itself looks great, one of them had a broken clip ridge part, making it unusable.
