Received my beautiful stove early and now just waiting on the remodel. Packaging looks undisturbed and delivery team kept me posted the day of delivery. Awesome experience. Upon installation of the stove, we discovered the unit wasnt working properly. Wayfair Customer Service acted quickly and gave us several options which included repair or replacement. We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. I would advise against ordering this from Wayfair. Ours arrived in completely damaged package that was taped over to conceal the hole, and the range itself has a massive dent up and down the entire back side. Did Wayfair send me a replacement? Nope! This is a nice wall oven. Sleek, clean lines. Matches the handles of my Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator and dishwasher pretty well. I love that it’s an air fryer and takes that appliance off of my kitchen counter. I also love the proof setting for my sourdough baking. The convection oven is fantastic also. I should have done a better job measuring my old oven and the space where we had it installed. The width for this oven fits perfectly, but it is much shorter than my original one so that’s why you see a open space in the photos. We need to find a piece of wood or stainless steel to cover that area. The only thing I don’t love about the oven is that when you set the temperature you also have to set a time. I don’t always use recipes and I tend to wing my baking. So setting a time will be in adjustment. When the microwave arrived, the top stainless steel face plate was not attached.
