I’m pleased with this purchase. It was a bit challenging to assemble on my own since I have short arms and the front and back of the unit are preinstalled. Also because the particle board in the back was a bit warped it was difficult to get the top to line up when assembling the final bolts. It’s definitely a two person job. But the solid word portion is good quality and I’m pleased the cherry color is a close match to my other furniture. If it’s delivered to your home when you are not there you’ll need a dolly to get it inside. It’s extremely heavy when all packaged together. We chose this piece because of the glass panels - our 18 month old is obsessed with turning the cable box on and off. It is a huge TV stand. Tall enough to keep our 3 year old from turning the TV on or off, and big enough inside for lots of DVDs. The only issue we've had is after 3 weeks of the two toddler rapping on the glass panels, the plastic tabs holding them in place broke and one of the panels fell and cracked. Nice cabinet that feels a little smaller than expected. It includes white wooden knobs that I switched out with others to coordinate with another furniture piece. For reference, in my photo, the baskets are 16” D x 9” W x 6” H as positioned, to give an idea of what would fit on a shelf. I chose the cherry stand and it was built custom for me, in Kentucky 1/15/21 (written with pencil on the back). The quality is excellent and fits in with the traditional furniture including antiques. I removed the two side doors as I wanted more display. I changed the knobs to ones I purchased. So the custom made became even more custom. I love it!
