For the price, this thing is amazing. I would prefer it to be heavier so it doesn't slide all over the place, but I didn't want to spend $$$ on the more expensive options, so it still gets 5 stars. Putting trash bags in the liner did take some getting used to, since the mechanism that raises and lowers the lid is attached to the liner — trash bags can get in the way of the lid lowering if you don't adjust it just right. The soft white finish looks much more expensive than the price, and it’s the perfect size for a loaf of bread, bagels, and a few other bakery items without taking up too much counter space. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and helps keep my countertop looking organized. I was looking for something functional that also added to my décor, and this was exactly what I wanted.
