Excellent. Drill two holes, insert wall anchor and attach the small plate and screws that came with it. The light slides onto the provided plate. I love that it’s ez to assemble, there are 3 light tones: yellow (warm light), yellow/white (in between warm and cool tone), and blue/white light. Also, you can adjust the intensity from a low level for mood lighting, to a bright level. You can also adjust the angle of the arms that have the shining light. These are sleek looking except the round base is a bit big. See photos that are taken in the day but I have honeycomb blinds and translucent white drapes, so the room is dim but not dark. These are great little spotlights. For my application though they weren’t quite strong enough to throw the light the distance I required. The picture light arrived well-packaged and protected with plenty of foam to prevent any damage during shipping.
