The product is great, however our first one was defective. Part of foam on the chair never expanded to its full size. Anytime I sat in it I would fall out of the side of the chair due to the defect. Wayfair customer service was very helpful and replaced the chair with a new one within 3 days. I like it overall. Assembly was a little challenging because I have arthritis but I was able to move it and put it together. Weighs about 35lbs total with no excessive packaging in box. I like the fabric. Coffee color does look like old leather club chair. Linen is soft and comfortable. The massage is very light, I like that but if you prefer a rigorous massage this is not right chair for you. It massages from top of chair to bottom which was important to me. Its a small chair and low to the ground. You might want to consider this depending on physical needs.Wayfair has some better options to help get up, recline and still are massage chairs. They offer deals on open boxes and 30 day deals so can possibly upgrade if you want.
