I have had three spine surgeries cervical. I have all kinds of metal in my neck from the surgeries and I have tried 20 some pillows in about 10 years and I still have two of them and they were wore out completely. After a year of flat pillow syndrome, we ordered the Roquemore Cooling Pillow for my son. He said to give these pillows a "5-star rating". This is a very nice pillow. The cover is silky and soft. I appreciate that you can use either side for more or less neck support. Good for both side and back sleeping.
