So far I’m very happy with the washer. Sometimes I think the rinse cycle doesn’t get all the soap out. In hindsight, I wish I had purchased a unit that would allow me to open the other way, ie hinge on the left.. Kobesmom. Indialantic, FL. Sat Aug 15 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compact dryer has been such a nice addition for me. Just like the matching washer, I bought it for an upstairs laundry closet area where a normal size stacked washer and dryer just would not fit in my home. We are running the water lines next week and I honestly cant wait to get everything installed upstairs, but for now I’ve been trying it out in the basement and have been really impressed with it so far. One thing I had to learn at first is that heat pump dryers work differently than a traditional dryer. I was expecting clothes to come out feeling really hot, so at first I thought something was wrong, but once I read about how they work it made a lot more sense. It’s more energy efficient and much gentler on your clothes, which I really appreciate. The 40 minute quick cycle has been great for smaller loads, and I also love that you can set it to keep tumbling to help prevent wrinkles if you don’t unload it right away. The drum light is also a great feature and makes it much easier to see everything inside. Another thing I really like is the lint filter design. It has a nice double filter setup with very fine mesh that does a great job catching lint. I also love that this is ventless, because that opens up so many more options for where you can put it. It’s wonderful for spaces where you normally couldn’t install a dryer, and I also like that you can optionally hook it up to drain automatically instead of having to empty the water container. Another nice bonus is that it’s WiFi connected. I wouldn’t say that’s something I absolutely need, but it is really nice to have. PS: I like giving my smart appliances ridiculous names, so this new washing wizard duo is Cynthia Spinerivo & Dry-ana Grande.. Tommybluez. Buffalo. Wed Apr 22 2026

I absolutely love this washer-dryer set! It looks so cute in my little cottage bathroom! Stacking note: The bracket for the stacking kit will push the dryer slightly forward of the washing machine. As someone who’s been renting a washer and dryer for over four years, I am so happy to officially have my own and that it’s from Wayfair. As we know, there are lots of washer and dryer options but I did my due diligence and looked up reviews (highly recommend you do the same) and it was clear that GE was and continues to be a trusted brand! When purchasing the washer and dryer I signed up for the installation as well, but there was some kind of mix up because it was delivered on time but the driver’s paperwork didn’t show my installation package. I ended up having to call Wayfair several times to get this resolved but eventually I ended up finding my own technician to get it installed. A step I didn’t foresee having to take, but Wayfair was apologetic and refunded me back a nice amount so no complaints there. Regarding the washer and dryer, I like that it’s from a trusted brand and up-to-date enough for me! I didn’t want a high-tech, touch screen, WiFi-needing washer and dryer. From my research, those are the ones that have the most issues. I just wanted something simple where I could wash my clothes and dry them with no problem (I was also adamant about it having an agitator) and with this GE set I can do just that. If you’re interested in the same I highly recommend purchasing this too.. Jalyssa. Stonecrest, GA. Fri Sep 25 2026

Forget about endless sorting or toggling through cycles—built-in sensors use AI technology to detect fabric texture and load size, then automatically select the right drying motions and temperatures for advanced fabric care. AI Sensor Dry detects moisture levels and automatically adjusts drying time for loads of all sizes—no more damp clothes, no more overdrying. With Smart Pairing, the washer can even tell the dryer to select a compatible drying cycle1, making it the ultimate laundry hack. Run the dryer whenever you want, without interrupting naptime or your favorite show. This dryer is designed for quiet operation, from the motor to the cabinet to individual components. Pleasant end-of-cycle chime lets you know when clothes are dry. When you hate wrinkles but can’t be there to remove clothes as soon as they’re dry, just select the Wrinkle Care option before hitting start. The dryer will periodically tumble the load for up to 3 hours after the cycle is done or until the door is opened to help keep wrinkles at bay.

I love the capacity of the washer and dryer. I don’t have to do so many loads and these are so quiet! Laundry is so much easier now! I haven’t had to use customer support so gave 4 stars because registration was easy.. Es07. Albuquerque. Sun Sep 20 2026
