Chairs are great but Wayfair’s customer service needs to be tweaked. We ordered 4 gold chairs and received two in white and two in Gold. The good news we highly recommend the Gold over the white they are beautiful. Last month Wayfair goofed up a delivery with a wrong phone number when we had given it to them 5 times. Note we love dealing with Wayfair and they are going to send us the correct chairs. Two goof ups on the last two orders is not pleasant, but it sure beats my wife and I driving all over the State looking for furniture. We highly recommended this Tommy Bahama brand . As other reviewers have stated, this is a very heavy and solid table. Thankful our delivery guys brought this right to the front door. It took my husband and I to bring it in, but we didn't have a problem putting it together. The color is is white with light gray and dark gray brushstrokes on it. It was a little more gray than I thought it would be, but it paired really well with the Atrakchi Teak Patio Dining Chairs and Kiley Wingback Arm Chairs we purchased. The wood is very smooth textured and so far we haven't had any issues. Also, we haven't put in the insert yet, so I can't speak to how difficult or easy that will be. Love these chairs! They are comfortable and I've been sitting on a lot of chairs in furniture stores. I was looking for chairs with the leg crossbars for stability and these are great. They were easy to assemble (10-15 min/chair) but I used a socket set instead of the little wrench provided. Two of the ten chairs had a crack/split in one leg. The standard casters on all Lexington Home Brands upholstered chairs are designed for use on carpeted, porcelain, ceramic or stone surfaces. Most hardwood and vinyl floors have a softer surface, which may cause casters to leave tracking marks. In cases where the chairs are used directly on hardwood flooring, engineered flooring or vinyl surfaces, the standard casters should be replaced with hardwood-safe casters.
