This is a nice lamp. It appears high quality. Its very big. The base is about 10 inches wide at its thickest. The candle in the photo is 8 ounces and the tumbler is 16 ounces. The measurements are correct. I probably would have been happy with something a little bit smaller but Ill get used to it. By definition, it's not possible to almost get to infinity. But the name for our table lamp may come from the gracefully sweeping curves of hand-forged steel that almost create the infinity symbol. Or the fact that looking at the beautiful craftsmanship never gets old.
