All the components such as damper, mounting hardware, flexible ductwork, and damper are included for easy installation. The adjustable and telescoping chimney can fit a 7.5-8.5 Ft. ceiling. This unit is convertible, can be vented out of your dwelling, or recirculated (ductless) with charcoal filters (sold separately, part # WRHF005S2).

Very nice hood for the price. Gives off a good amount of light but is a little loud at highest fan setting. I had a ge microwave already. This was basically the newest version. Be careful. The mount bracket is a little different and the top screws are in a different spot. After an exhaustive search we found this perfect ZLINE microwave to put in the corner of our new kitchen next to the pantry. This is an OTR model but it can be mounted as we did. It convenient yet out of the way, not taking up counters pace. We didn't care for the microwave in a drawer, so this was the fix. The tubular handle matched other appliances. My only thought was I wished the handle matched. For some reason it's shiny chrome on a stainless trimmed front? You don't notice as it's in the corner, but we did wonder. This under the cabinet hood includes a removable combination grease-charcoal filter for cleaner indoor exhaust recirculation. The motor is permanently lubricated and designed for years of trouble free service. Separate rocker switches control the light and 2-speed fan.

This was a great upgrade from my old extremely outdated vented range. It was on back order so I had to wait 3 weeks before it arrived. Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine. Bought this hood since I needed to replace my old one and I must say this thing is absolutely amazing!! Easy installation and it came in perfect condition with no damages at all, it has a motion detector for your hands so you don’t have to press any buttons which was very very cool, also it sucks up the smoke so fast and well. Definitely recommended if you need a hood for your kitchen. It has such a clean finish to it and it should go well with any kitchen. I definitely recommend this hood unlike other hoods that are slow this one will make sure your smoke alarm won’t go off if you are cooking and release too much smoke.
