I have loved these dishes/pattern for a very long time. They are beautiful and ALSO dishwasher safe!! I rarely use my other Christmas china because of all the handwashing involved. I love these placemats. They came inside a box and then in another slimmer box that I can use to store them in until winter. The size is just right and the colors are vibrant and clear. Something I would not have thought about but there is a warning on the box that they are made with paper and must be careful around candles. I have ordered the WG Mugs before as always enjoying just looking at them as well as using. These are very pretty. I wanted something holiday patterned. I had already bought a different brand gray ones with burgundy trim for my other china. These are very thin compared to the other brand, these are lined with a thin sheet of plastic, these were $20 more and don’t have felt to place between the dishes. The other set did include felt and the quilted fabic sides are so much thicker and cushier feeling. I’m debating whether I should keep these. They are very pretty and holiday themed.
