I was pleasantly surprised by this item. I ordered knowing it was a cheaper buy but I am very pleased with it. Comes in one big heavy box. Very easy to put together. Comes largely put together and you have to slot in a couple of pieces and that is it. Took 15 mins with 2 of us. Fabric is surprisingly good for the price and is nice to the touch. The seat part of the sofa is not hard but not soft. I would say medium to soft but this is understandable given it is a sofa bed and I am overall very impressed with its comfort. We just got this sofa sleeper a week ago for our rental space. We were looking for something very sturdy and easy to covert with a nice thick mattress. This checks all 3 of those boxes. Honestly, the style isn’t as modern as I wanted but all the modern sofa sleepers are not made of solid wood and haven’t been as durable.
