These beds work well for guests in my extra bedroom. One of the slats broke the second time it was used but Wayfair sent a new set of slats and it has held up so far. Some of the slats are joined rather than single pieces of wood which can create a weak spot. It looks nice as a daybed.. Julie. Portland, OR. Fri Sep 25 2026

That may be solid wood, but it is extremely lightweight and came with several marred board places. I'm not about to send it back as the assembly pro was here ready to put it together. He, by the way, was very professional and did a good job. It will serve the purpose at our beach house, but I certainly would not use it anyplace that was going to get a lot of use.. Bac. Such a design, whether as a sofa bed for daytime rest or a sleeper at night, can be perfectly competent, showing its adaptability to multiple functions and scenes.

Overall we are happy with the unit as it is as we expected. Please be aware that a bed weight limit of 250 lbs is easily surpassed with mattresses and 2 adults. We added some extra supports to reinforce the unit. Not difficult, has to be removed when trundle is in hidden position.. Christopher. Willis, MI. Fri Aug 22 2025

Love the way it looks and only took me about 2 hours to put together. I only have two complaints sticker placement (see photo) and the spindles at the end of the bed are very wobbly. The screws keeping one of them together were completely stripped, but I was able to use wood glue and it’s working so far.. Emily. Kenner, LA. Fri Oct 23 2026

The Corena daybed with pop-up trundle boasts clean lines and attractive angles. The graystone brown finish and padded upholstered back and sides add sophistication to your living space. The padded gray polyester fabric features an antique bronze nailhead trim. The included pop-up trundle can be stored under the daybed and is easily wheeled out when needed. It can convert your daybed to king-size or can be used as an additional twin-size bed. The included spring mattress comes in our durable canton black upholstery. Whether you use it every day or just occasionally, this daybed will hold up to your lifestyle.

The trundle bed once put together is very nice and fits my needs. The mattresses are a good quality and my guests said they are comfortable. I did put slightly padded mattress pads on them. The bed did arrive with a few scratches and the linen inset was pulled away slightly from the frame. One brad was broken. The trundle does not have a lever to make the bed "pop up" like other trundle beds I have seen. It's not difficult to raise the bed, though. Assembly was time consuming but not difficult. I did it by myself! I don't know if the "actual" price shown is realistic. I wouldn't have paid $2500 for this trundle bed and mattresses. Since I paid $900, I got what I paid for and can't complain.. Leah. Buford, GA. Thu Oct 22 2026

I love it. Used every day. Sturdy and quiet. Good with a 10” mattress without consuming the backrest. It leaves enough room for pillows to stand up. Does not make sounds when moving. Easy assembly.
