Beautiful bulb but doesn't work with our dimmer. The bulb is stunning both on and off. When left on for a while, it flickers with our dimmer when below 1/2 way, makes noise when higherv then 1/2 way. We love these light bulbs for our exposed bulb fixture where we wanted something oversized but also frosted. These dim really well with our Lutron Diva dimmer switch. We ordered multiple sets with different lumen ratings for different counts of bulbs for different room fixtures. The lowest lumen count is nicely soft with 2 in a bathroom, but when we had 3 we preferred to add a dimmer switch to soften it further. We have 6 in the primary bathroom and they dim quite well..
