I like this bed frame very much, but I'll point out a few things for you. The unit is marked compatible with adjustable beds. Note that this does require you to make adjustments as you assemble it. First, make sure that the inner dimensions of the unit itself will accommodate your adjustable bed platform. It just barely squeaked onto mine. I'm planning to remove the two little black legs and replace that hardware with a flat "mending brace," which should give a little leeway and make for a better fit. But -- I haven't done it yet, so not sure it will work. Also note the position of the legs on your adjustable bed frame.
