Packaging was great! Haven’t been able to hang it just yet with our bathroom being renovated but I can already tell that I’ll need better hardware. I love all the features. It’s bright and can dim. Mirror looks to be well made. It was as described. It was easy to hang with the brackets provided, however, I definitely wouldn’t want it hanging strictly from the drywall anchors provided. However, mine came cracked, and I couldn’t find any direct help from the brand to fix this problem. I ended up just keeping it, since it still worked. This light up bathroom mirror is very nice for the price. I was surprised it came in great condition with free shipping. Theres just a few tiny scratches I noticed after we installed it but only I will know they are there. We connected an outlet to the vanity light to plug it in. It will not turn on when you turn on the light. You have to touch the on button because it does not have an auto memory feature. If you want that, look for a wall switch compatible mirror. It has three different colors. Very easy to hang with just two hook mounts. The buttons are a bit finicky. You have to touch them just right to get it to change colors or dim.. Jeanette.
