I love my chairs! They’re comfortable, well made and nice looking. However, two of them squeak and one completely swivels around if your feet aren’t touching the floor. I would appreciate some help in resolving this. Is there anything I can do to stop the squeaking Such as lubricant Or the one that swivels on its own Thought it might be that the floor isn’t level but checked that and that’s not the case. Very nice comfortable chair. It is also good looking. The size and height of the chair is excellent. It was delivered quickly. As a senior I was looking for a chair with casters, that can roll and swivel and has arms. These features make it easier for me to get out of my chair with bad knees. The name of the chair says it tilts. I don’t know how it does that. It did not come with any instructions. The other thing I wish it had was more padding for the back of the chair. More like an office chair. So I am using my Tempur-Pedic back pads on the chair. I do spend several hours using my kitchen table for reading and work, so not having this kind of padding may not bother other people. **UPDATE: I texted the company and they sent me 3 new chairs which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They also arranged for the damaged chairs to be picked up by FedEx for no charge. I’m very pleased with the excellent customer service provided and so happy I now have 4 great chairs for my kitchen table. I will post new pictures soon. I’m very mad about my second order of this chair! I ordered 1 chair because I wanted to make sure it looked good and was what I wanted before ordering another 3 to complete my kitchen dinette set. The first chair was delivered in perfect condition and I really liked it so I ordered 3 more and when they arrived they were all damaged to a certain degree. I’m sick of hard chairs. I wanted something comfy and padded and swively so people would stay at the table instead of migrating to softer furniture with food and for playing board games. Yet, I wanted a wipeable surface because…kids. I *almost* got what I was looking for with these chairs. They look nice and modern, they swivel well (some get a bit loose), and they are comfortable. The two cons that I have are 1) I wish the angle of the chair was a little more upright and 2) my niece spilled a drink and it seeped down to the padding because of the holes where the stitching makes “stripes”, so they definitely aren’t waterproof which makes me sad.
