Add a touch of modern style to your indoors with this modern coffee-upholstered storage ottoman

Super cool looking! It’s vegan leather and my cat immediately poked a hole in the fabric, but she really latched on (she jumped on it not knowing it would be slick and had to catch herself - sigh) but the material is otherwise supple and has a leather feel and look that works really well. The storage area is small, and it’s taller than other ottomans of like size - which is great! Soft to sit on and soft to accidentally kick in the dark. I would say the color leans more yellow brown than red brown. I love it and especially appreciate its unique retro mod design.. Charles. US. Fri Jul 03 2026

The generously cushioned seat offers comfort when used as a footrest or an extra seat, and its hidden storage compartment helps you keep your living space neat and organized. Whether placed in the living room, bedroom, or entryway, it brings both elegance and versatility to your home.

This is a very nice-looking ottoman with great storage, but I do have a few reservations about its long-term durability in a busy household. Pros Functionality True to Size It measured exactly as expected, though visually it feels quite large and substantial next to my couch. Clever Storage The way it opens is a really cool design feature, and the extra storage space is incredibly useful. Easy to Smooth Out While most items left on top will leave a slight mark or indentation in the faux leather, the material is forgiving enough that you can easily rub your hand over it to make the marks disappear. Concerns Around Durability Because it is pleather, I have to be careful not to keep anything sharp or angular near it. My main worry is how it will hold up against my dog and kids over time. Just the other day, my 14-year-old son leaned on it awkwardly, and I was genuinely nervous that the hinges—which are located in the middle—might snap or break. Final Verdict Overall, it’s a beautiful piece of furniture, but I probably wouldnt purchase it again. If you have a busy home with pets and teenagers, you might find yourself worrying a bit too much about its longevity.. Sara. OH. Wed Jul 01 2026

This ottoman creates a hidden compact storage unit that saves you heaps of space. It has an engineered wood frame upholstered in faux leather, and it measures just 30''' wide and 15'' deep, so it's just the right size for a hallway or the end of bed. The design features a lift-off lid that reveals a large storage compartment great for larger items – plus, it comes with two hanging baskets for sorting smaller stuff like keys and wallets. Our favorite? It can fold completely flat when not in use/when moving to a new home.

Easy installation took about 20-30 minutes. The reason it doesn’t get 5 starts is the bottom half its very flexible and not so much rigid so because of that I did have a touch of disappointment. I also go the 30” so measure accordingly.. Anonymous. Tue May 12 2026

Oyster storage ottoman This item was packed good and no damage when delivered. It was easy to put together because all that needed to be done was to put the legs on it. The 2 spring hinges inside the ottoman for the top part to attach to the bottom part was already on it. The Ottoman lid does not close all the way. If I put something heavy on it, then it will. I don’t know if overtime it will or not. it only opens as far as you can see in the photo. There’s not very much room in the ottoman to put anything. You can put a thin throw in it. The appearance of the ottoman is nice. It is a dark brown color, almost black. It can support a person if you need extra setting.. Christine. Jefferson City, MO. Thu Sep 24 2026
