Loved that the chair is all black, love the vinyl material, that it is strong enough to hold me (275 pounds), that it isn't heavy and has the handle on top, is comfortable, fits under the desk beautifully, slides well, but there is a down side as well. Chairs need to have a seat height option of at least 20-22 inches for some who experience knee issues (I hope Flash Furniture sees this). Hence the lower star rating. Bought these for our new church sanctuary. Started out by purchasing 20 to supplement our old church chairs. They looked so good and were very comfortable that we decided to purchase 40 more. The price is great and free shipping clinched it. The chairs require a little assembly to attach the backs to the base, but if you have a variable speed electric drill/screwdriver and follow the instructions as to how position the back it's pretty easy. Good quality screws are included with the chairs. We did a lot of research prior to purchasing and these chairs had the best combination of quality, comfort, appearance and value.
