The only thing I was a little disappointed on is it looks like someone set it up and possibly used it for some time because there were wear indicators on the bottom part where the cushion sit on it so it looks like someone set it up, used it and then returned it, but nevertheless, I feel like the first time I ordered a open box item and got a really good deal on the price. I like this sofa a lot. It’s sturdy and the faux leather feels good. I like the deep seats too. The only thing I wish was different was the back. I wish it was higher and thicker to provide more backshoulder support. Also, bc of the black cover on the back, it is not an option to “float” this sofa.
