Lots of reviews say that this seat cushion is "comfortable" without any details. Buyers should know this seat is firm, where we found that many in-store swivel chairs have much less firm cushioned seats. We decided to give Wayfair a chance since this chair was less money than in-store brands and we hoped for a bit softer seat. Hopefully that will happen over time, but who knows??
