It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. This chair has no height adjustable system. Chair reclining position need to be set manualy and by screw which need to tighten after seting reclining angle. The chair is comfortable and works well. If you’re especially tall (over 6’) I'd probably pass. The chair arrived in good condition and assembly was easy.
