Looks great! Cushions are firm. Sits higher than our old couch which I think I will like. I took 1 star off because there was 1 piece that was really hard to put together. But I am thankful I didn’t pay the assembly fee. My husband said we could do it ourselves. We ordered 2 of them and I put one of them together before he got home from work. The only thing I was a little disappointed on is it looks like someone set it up and possibly used it for some time because there were wear indicators on the bottom part where the cushion sit on it so it looks like someone set it up, used it and then returned it, but nevertheless, I feel like the first time I ordered a open box item and got a really good deal on the price. A great product for the price. A bit firm and needs to be broken in and one of the pieces will not stay attached but we are trying to figure that out.
