I like the chair—so far, so good. It looks great and is lighter than I expected, which made setup easier. I still need to spend more time using all the features, but my initial impression is very positive. The Bluetooth speaker isn’t extremely loud, but the sound quality is good and it works well. So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.. Debbie. Idaho. I like the look of the chair very sleek and modern looking. The product appears to be well built and operate quietly. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be the following: 1) The shoulder width could be reduced by 5-10cm from the lowest setting as currently the roller hit my shoulder blades 2) The intensity of pressure of the Full-body massage is not uniform along the spline, i.e, the waist area is weak while the buttock area is too strong. 3) Under the automatic mode, when the deep massage mode is selected the chair is constantly moving up and down which I find to be very annoying. You can improve on these areas above the massage chair would be so much better.. May. Mississauga, ON. Mon Aug 24 2026

Absolutely the best furniture purchase I have ever made. I have a bad back and needed a good support zero gravity chair, this is heaven, it has great vibration, heat and comfort. Perfection. I am 73 female, I pushed it inside the doorway, unboxed and put it together all by myself, it was hard on my back, but the chair fixed all that when I sat in it. FED EX had it right at my door too. Great purchase . Jimmie. Blue Eye Mo. Sat Jul 13 2024
