Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. This chair has no height adjustable system. Chair reclining position need to be set manualy and by screw which need to tighten after seting reclining angle. When I purchased this chair and ottoman it was on sale, a very good price for this product. After receiving the chair and ottoman, I now wish I had purchased two. Easy to assemble. The fit is good (for a person 5'5" to 5'10".. I'm 5'7"). The leather has a nice feel to it. It's a firm sit (compared to two other stress-less type chairs that I've sat in). It reclines to a point that you could easily fall asleep in it (and the reclining mechanism works well). My reason for 4 stars instead of 5... the stool. The stool's base is to small. As you rotate a bit in the chair and your feet move from the center of the stool, the stool becomes out of balanced and can tip.
