Disappointed with the quality of these chairs. I ordered a set of four, and two of them arrived with the leather already torndamaged. The chairs were brand new and had not even been used, which makes me concerned about how fragile the material is and how well it will hold up with normal use. The overall quality of the leather upholstery does not seem durable. I expected a new product to arrive in perfect condition, especially considering that half of the chairs in the set arrived damaged.
