As described. The cushion is firm / stiff, but comfortable. The back is low and a bit reclined, but also comfortable to lean against. Slightly high from the floor, but similar to dining room chairs and the cushioning might compress. Comes in a giant thin box that we were able to get up the steps and assemble without much trouble, but would be impossible for one person. We bought this for the foot of a king size bed and it is perfect for a place to put on shoes, rest a suitcase while packing, or drape a blanket over the back to pull up when one partner sleeps colder than the other.. We ordered this in the 82" Palermo Drift leather and it's beautiful. The color is a bit lighter than it appears in the product photos. One of the reasons I suspect is due to the bloom that developed. I'm not sure if it occurred during shipping or sitting in a warehouse, but there is a dusty look that is indicative of leather blooming. This type of leather is susceptible to it and it does make it look a bit aged. I'm not sure how I feel about it and will likely try to buff it to see if it improves. It also easily shows scratches. Aside from that, it is incredibly comfortable and is the perfect height for our Colin live edge dining table. The product info indicates it seats 3, but our whole family of 4 fit with room for another person or two. It's super spacious and is perfect in our great room.
