I absolutely love the design of this Mid-Century Modern Storage Bench. It is a delightful piece that adds style and character to my dressing room. Although it is marketed as an entryway bench, I chose to use it in my dressing room, and it works beautifully for storing items I don’t want hanging around or sitting out in the open. The armrests are one of my favorite features. They give the bench the appearance and feel of a small chaise, creating a comfortable and inviting seating area. I also love the overall look of the faux leather. It feels and looks surprisingly nice, and honestly, you might not know it was faux leather unless someone told you. The interior storage is another great feature. It provides plenty of convenient space, and the faux-leather strap makes opening the storage compartment easy. I especially appreciate the raised legs, which lift the bench off the floor and give it a more polished, elevated appearance. My only minor concern is that the seat isn’t especially plush, so I wouldn’t consider it ideal for sitting for extended periods.
