Unbelievable quality, love the beautiful soft pink/lavender color of Shallot, and while I haven't cooked with this product (I've used many other le Creuset items, and I know the quality's there), I can see this dish being used for au gratin potatoes, pork chops, pork loin, roasted vegetables, cobbler, and I'm sure dishes I haven't thought of. Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven. The knob feels substantial and makes it easier to grip the lid. I have attached photos comparing the before-after.
