Fantastic purchase! First think is this is big and tall. Be prepared to get a lot of sand. I bought 300lbs. and it took it like nothing. Locate and place base begore filling for sure. The umbrella itself is wonderful. It is beautiful and covers a large area and just looks luxurious. It opens abd closes with ease. The 360 degree turning is also easy and a great feature. This umbrella turned out to be bigger than I anticipated. It was super easy to build, instructions were very clear. I did need help to attach the umbrella to the bottom stand but overall, it took about 40 minutes to put together. Just what we needed for our new 12’ x 12’ cantilever umbrella to be able to move it around. Very big and sturdy base that supports the umbrella well. The only issue my husband was worried about was the fact smaller rocks could easily fall out through the large hole screen it comes with in the bottom of the squares.
