The holes are not predrilled, and the instructions are not clear either. On top of it, the lazy susan did not come shipped with this, so I had to call Wayfair and send pictures for them to send me the lazy susan so I can actually utilize this piece. We are loving the lazy susan in our corner wall cabinet about the sink. Everything is so organized now. Also, it was super easy to install with the provided template. What I like most is that it really made me decide what drinking glasses and mugs I wanted the most.
