Great chair, super comfortable and I like the looks of it , it’s not a super puffy old time chair it has a modern look to it and the leather is durable and soft. The back itself is nice and long so if you are on the taller side or have a long torso this is an excellent choice. The manual is loud to operate it makes a pop snap noise when you put the leg rest down. Overall I am really happy with it!. Stephen. Danville, VA. Sat Aug 01 2026

Delivery was excellent. The design color and function of the sofa was what I expected. It looks great in my house. Sadly the leather was damaged. Wayfair resolved the issues immediately. I was in contact with the seller the same day and we were able to negotiate a fair compensation for the damages.. Shirley. Reno, NV. Fri May 02 2025

Love it! I’m glad I read the review that said she was glad that she also read reviews about the BEIGE really looking like GRAY in person. I wanted gray to match my other gray recliner and it is perfect! My husband loves his new BIG recliner. He is 6’4” and made my recliner look like a toy if he ever sat in it. But I wanted a little one. So we each have what we wanted!. Kelly. Spotsylvania, VA. Sat May 09 2026

This review will consist of two parts. What I think of the recliner so far is it is what I expected, comfortable and it survived shipping arriving in good shape. All the moving parts are OK and the remote is working properly. Now for the full service delivery: The photo supplied is where the driver dropped off the chair, on its side I might add. I set it up right to remove it from shipping container. 1. Room placement Nope, dropped on front step box wouldn't fit through door. 2. Appointment scheduling Late on four hour window and no phone call 1 hour prior that was stated. 3. Assembly and Set-up Not a chance. No delivery team, only one driver who wanted me to sign paper before I could check for damage and he took off as soon as he could after dropping off chair. 4. Debris removal No because he didn't set up so I have to get rid of all the cardboard. 5. And finally the $99 dollar option (I received it free) I got absolutely no value. I ordered from Wayfair because of this service as I am 77 years old and have trouble putting things together now and lifting heavy items. My suggestion to Wayfair is make sure when you give the item to a third party is make sure they will supply the service that was paid for. So for the moment 5 stars for the Recliner and if I could give less than 0 for delivery service I would.. Don Barbour. Tisdale. Wed Aug 05 2026

My adult son loves this chair. It was exactly what he wanted. I find it very comfortable, as well. It was slightly damaged, as it would not attach the top into the seat correctly, but a technician came out and made it much better, not perfect, but better. Wayfair offered a complete replacement, but I was happy with a price credit. It has held up great and no further issues. I am very happy with the service provided by Wayfair and the product..
