I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. Carmel is the color I purchased. Enjoying the lifting that helps me to get up. The heating and different massages are wonderful as well. The only thing I which would be better is the padding on the seat. Carmel is the color I purchased. Enjoying the lifting that helps me to get up. The heating and different massages are wonderful as well. The only thing I which would be better is the padding on the seat. It would be more comfortable if it was completely flat with no stitching padding causing puffy cushion to cause discomfort to the skin on the thighs. Not good for an overweight person like me.
