This review will consist of two parts. What I think of the recliner so far is it is what I expected, comfortable and it survived shipping arriving in good shape. All the moving parts are OK and the remote is working properly. Now for the full service delivery: The photo supplied is where the driver dropped off the chair, on its side I might add. I set it up right to remove it from shipping container. 1. Room placement Nope, dropped on front step box wouldn't fit through door. 2. Appointment scheduling Late on four hour window and no phone call 1 hour prior that was stated. 3. Assembly and Set-up Not a chance. No delivery team, only one driver who wanted me to sign paper before I could check for damage and he took off as soon as he could after dropping off chair. 4. Debris removal No because he didn't set up so I have to get rid of all the cardboard. 5. And finally the $99 dollar option (I received it free) I got absolutely no value. I ordered from Wayfair because of this service as I am 77 years old and have trouble putting things together now and lifting heavy items. My suggestion to Wayfair is make sure when you give the item to a third party is make sure they will supply the service that was paid for. So for the moment 5 stars for the Recliner and if I could give less than 0 for delivery service I would.. Don Barbour. Tisdale. Wed Aug 05 2026

FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. It’s a nice quality, very comfortable, well made recliner. Has good lumbar support, a seating surface that is perfect - soft enough to be comfy but firm under that for excellent support. Headrest is not so high as to tip your head forward - hits perfectly behind the head. I can totally see myself falling asleep in this chair. Excellent purchase.. Kathy P. Ramer, TN. Sat Jun 13 2026

quality I have many issues with the recliners I purchased. I liked them at first, but after using them for a time, I feel very differently. My husband and I are 73 years old. These are manual recliners, that require STRONG PUSHING to get them to recline. Often, I am unable to do it, which ruins the purpose of a recliner. Also, once it is reclined, it will not stay all the way back. It keeps partially creeping to a sitting position again. I wish, at my age, that I had the opportunity to sit in more recliners before I purchased these. They are very unsatisfactory for our daily life. I don’t remember the exact dates they were purchased and then delivered, but I am very unhappy and disappointed with their ease of reclining and comfort. “Very, very stiff is how I would describe them, and extremely uncomfortable. I have tried various pillows and blankets to soften the feel, but none of these measures has helped. What can you do for me? How can you resolve my dissatisfaction and discomfort with these chairs? I somewhat feel I was very foolish to purchase such an important piece of furniture, where comfort is key, without sitting in them first. Once they were purchased and delivered, I thought there was no recourse for me, but I should have contacted you immediately. Please tell me what can be done, and if I can have the comfort of a recliner after all. Thank you, and I look forward to your expedient answer. My name is Beryl Weidenbach and my husband is James. We live in Bloomington, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis. The address is 7801 W. 99th St. 55438. Phone numbers are 612-964-92-06 and 952-829-0272.
