This chair is well made, really comfortable, and much more than I was expecting. (You never know what you are going to get when you are ordering online). This was an exceptional purchase and I am thrilled. The leather is a soft ivory (not light brown as advertised) and matched my other furniture perfectly,. The chair swivels and is SOOO comfortable. The open/close mechanism is solid and smooth, and the padding is thick, and feels really supportive in the right places. I appreciated the 'white glove' service in bringing it into my house and setting it up for me. That was a bonus. In the end, I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase, this chair is really solid and comfortable, and lovely to look at. (And no, I am not related to anyone at Wayfair or the manufacturer, nor was I paid to write this review as part of some kind of promotion. I just bought the chair, and I really, really like it!!). My adult son loves this chair. It was exactly what he wanted. I find it very comfortable, as well. It was slightly damaged, as it would not attach the top into the seat correctly, but a technician came out and made it much better, not perfect, but better. Wayfair offered a complete replacement, but I was happy with a price credit. It has held up great and no further issues. I am very happy with the service provided by Wayfair and the product..
