I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. Very pleased. If I had to change anything it would be higher up off the floor, too low for me, I'm tall. I did raise it up by about 2", bought 4" legs and raised the 2 coasters (On pull out) with blocks of wood painted black. Another change I'd make are the back cushions, I'd make the 3 reversable ,without the black fabric and velcro. Other than those 2 tweaks I like the couch. It did come in 2 boxes, on 2 different days. Packaging was Chinese cardboard (very thin) and there were areas that were torn open exposing the couch fabric which was in a thin bag of plastic. Luckily no damage to the couch! Packaging could be a bit more beefy since it's Fedex Ground and one person...dragging it to door, no handtruck!!! One package 101 lb's and other 87 lb's. Pull out the bed frame under the seat. There are two length options. When it is not fully pulled out, it becomes a chaise sofa, and when it is fully pulled out, this sofa can quickly turn into a Queen-size bed for resting. With high quality sponge,plus soft and skin-friendly corduroy ,the sofa is comfortable which is perfect to sit as well as to sleep on it. With premium quality steel tubing, double reinforcements, and stabilizing legs, the steel folding cot sturdily maintains balance with no worry of toppling over. Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. I won't know how well it last for a few months, but as of now I am really happy. It took my grandson a little over an hour to put together. Not a stark white. Has just enough warmth! If looking for a white performance fabric get Nomad White. This sofa also comes with four pillows in the same custom fabric you choose. This also comes with a sleeper bed so it makes it a little heavier. So two people are needed to move it.
