Wow this thing is a beast! Battery charged rather quickly which is nice. It is a little hard to maneuver it in and out of the battery slot. However, with practice I am hoping that will become easier. Don’t use the wrench they provide. It will tear your hands up. Using this as a stair climber and descending is pretty straightforward. Maintaining pressure on the up and down button I am sure is a safety feature, but until you become a seasoned pro it takes a little finesse. Very nice! This Rolser trolley has plenty of great features for many people. Before this I had a hard plastic basket like cart, this is way lighter, more maneuverable and smart. The fabric is clearly durable and weather proof, it is light yet strong. There is a textured black plastic on the inside of the bar for comfy holding. Be aware there is only one compartment. I have had this for about a year now and wanted to write a review because when it first arrived I was skeptical if it would hold up . Let me tell you over a year later this has held up and been amazing to have I live in a apartment building and bringing water upstairs can be hard but with this it folds down to almost notthing and takes up no space so I leave it in my trunk and honestly use it all the time I have a big clip to hold bags you will see it in the pic I have tie downs to hold things to it .
