Laundry Shelf Over Kenmore Elite Washer

This wide‑size over‑washer‑dryer storage rack delivers a powerful fix for cluttered laundry rooms with side‑by‑side washer‑dryer setups. ⚠️Your valuable overhead laundry‑room space goes completely wasted, with detergents and cleaning tools left strewn messily with nowhere to go. ✅‑① Our 6‑tier open‑shelf rack unlocks this unused vertical space for tidy storage. Built‑in S‑hooks air‑dry damp cleaning gear to cut musty smells and stop moisture from ruining your other stored supplies. ⚠️Standard fixed‑frame shelves get blocked by wall faucets and back‑of‑machine pipes, leaving you stuck with the exhausting chore of dragging heavy washers just to install your rack. ✅‑② Our flexible adjustable sidebars slip easily around hidden plumbing, fitting seamlessly for both front‑loading and top‑loading washers. ⚠️Cheap flimsy racks shake dangerously once loaded and quickly succumb to rust in steamy, humid laundry air. ✅‑③ Reinforced bent‑leg supports spread weight evenly, each shelf safely bearing 80‑90 lbs, while industrial anti‑rust powder‑coating keeps the whole unit rock‑solid year‑round in damp conditions.

This over washer and dryer storage rack is constructed from heavy-duty metal with an anti-rust powder-coated finish, providing reliable durability for laundry rooms or garages. Featuring adjustable shelves, hanger rods, hooks, and leveling feet, it offers flexible and stable storage for detergents, cleaning supplies, and lightweight clothing. With a space-saving design and anti-tipping hardware for added safety, this rack helps maximize vertical space while keeping laundry essentials organized and accessible.

A pain to put together but it seems sturdy now that it is together and fits my space. Shelby. Missoula, MT. Fri Oct 16 2026

🎯Homeowners with a single‑washer laundry setup often run into frustrating storage troubles ordinary over‑washer shelves fail to fix. ❶ Countertop and floor space in your laundry area is quickly occupied by detergent bottles and cleaning supplies, and you have no dedicated place to hang cleaning tools, resulting in a cluttered‑up space. ✅Our over‑washer shelf makes full use of wasted vertical space above your single‑washer. Built‑in side multi‑hook racks provide instant hanging storage for towels, rags and cleaning tools, effectively clearing messy piles off your counters and floors. ❷ Most standard overhead racks collide with protruding faucets during installation. Besides, fixed‑height shelves are unable to fit washers of different sizes, which greatly limits your installation choices. ✅Its open‑bottom design easily bypasses water outlets. The three fully‑detachable, height‑adjustable wire shelves are perfectly compatible with front‑load and top‑load single washers of various heights, with no need to reposition your washer. ❸ Low‑quality metal shelves tend to wobble on uneven laundry‑room floors under heavy loads, which raises hidden stability and safety risks. ✅Built with a reinforced heavy‑duty steel frame and fitted with independent adjustable leveling feet, this shelf remains rock‑solid and wobble‑free, even when fully stocked with laundry supplies.

This shelf is designed to fit most front-load washers and dryers with average-height rear ledges and control panels. Low-profile or angled control panels may not provide a secure fit. The arms have a fixed length of 18.75 inches between the attachment points on the shelf, ensuring a secure fit over most washers and dryers, with the ability to bend the arms for a custom fit that tightens against the back panel. Made from durable steel with a protective vinyl coating, the shelf prevents scratches on your washer and dryer. It can hold up to 25 lbs of laundry supplies like detergent, dryer sheets, and fabric softeners. The shelf measures 10 inches in depth and 26.5 inches in width, so be sure to measure your appliances before purchasing. It also requires space behind your appliances for installation.

This product is ideally suited for my designated area. Installation was straightforward, and shipping was prompt. Please note that it is not designed for heavy items. I recommend reviewing the specifications prior to purchase. It is capable of holding a gallon of detergent.. Tatyana. Goshen, IN. Fri Jul 17 2026

The shelving unit came well packaged and the instructions to put it together were very clear, it took me less than an hour to do it by myself. The shelving material is very nice which makes the unit very sturdy. I would take note that after assembly it needs to be placed behind the washer and dryer set so hoses and wires should be unpluggeddisconnected from the wall. I’m in a rental property and have a very tight laundry closet so I had to pull out the washerdryer to install this shelving unit. Once installed though it has been so nice to have the extra shelving to place my laundry essentials and storage bins within reach. It makes the space look well organized and aesthetic! Highly recommend!. V.. San Antonio, TX. Tue Aug 11 2026

❌Most over‑washer storage racks force frustrating trade‑offs between hanging capacity, flexible layout and tricky laundry‑room pipe obstacles, leaving your storage setup inefficient and incomplete. ❶ Standard racks only offer one single hanging solution, either side hooks or a hanging rod. You quickly run out of hanging room when dealing with multiple damp towels, cleaning cloths and garments. ✅Our dual‑hanging design combines a front‑mounted clothes rod plus extra side S‑hooks. Separate hanging zones maximize hanging capacity, without occupying any valuable shelf‑storage space for detergent containers. ❷ Standard racks frequently collide with protruding drain pipes, wall‑mounted power plugs and laundry‑unit rear fixtures. You are forced to reposition your washer or abandon your storage plan. ✅Thoughtful open‑bottom clearance bypasses these rear‑mounted obstacles effortlessly, allowing hassle‑free installation above your washer with no need to shift your washer or rearrange your layout. ❸ Generic adjustable shelves slip out of place under heavy weight over time, while low‑grade metal frames concentrate stress on a few support points and wobble easily on uneven floors. ✅Built‑in safety‑lock fasteners lock shelves firmly in position. The reinforced carbon‑steel structure evenly distributes weight across the whole frame. Paired with precision leveling feet, it delivers long‑lasting, wobble‑free stability even under heavy‑load daily use.

Really like the shelf. Very sturdy over my washer and dryer in the laundry room. It came damaged on the ends, but Wayfair gave discount so I would not have to send it back.. Lisa. Lumberton, MS. Sat Feb 11 2023

Engineered for stability and safety, this laundry shelf is constructed from thick, durable metal and includes two anti-tip devices with a reinforced X-shaped crossbar to prevent wobbling and tipping. With a total weight capacity of 308 lbs, each shelf supports 44 lbs, the hanging bar holds 44 lbs, and each hook supports 11 lbs for reliable, heavy-duty use.

We have a small mudroom that doubles as our laundry space, and the tops of our washer and dryer had turned into a clutter magnet for pet supplies, winter gear, and all the random extras that don’t have a home. With windows on both walls, traditional shelving wasn’t an option. After researching a ton of over-the-washer racks, we landed on this one. It’s definitely more expensive than some others, but it’s also noticeably sturdier. Many of the alternatives we looked at were plastic or were too small for our machines. This one feels solid and has completely transformed how functional the space is. We removed the X-brace on the back to give our washer a little more clearance, and it’s still very stable.. Keira. Portland, OR. Tue Feb 24 2026

A clean, continuous surface transforms the top of your washer and dryer into a functional workspace designed for everyday laundry tasks. The flat structure provides ample room for folding clothes, sorting loads, or organizing essentials, helping maintain a neat and uncluttered setup. Its streamlined form keeps the area visually simple while supporting a more efficient routine. A raised edge design runs along the perimeter, helping keep bottles, baskets, and supplies securely in place. This added boundary offers better control when handling items, reducing the chance of movement or accidental slips while machines are in use. The defined edges also create a contained surface that keeps everything within reach and properly arranged. Designed to make better use of existing space, the countertop turns an often-unused area into a practical extension of your laundry setup. It works as a dedicated station for folding and organizing, while also serving as a convenient surface for everyday household tasks. With its balanced combination of function and clean presentation, it brings order and usability to your laundry space without adding unnecessary complexity.

Common Laundry‑Room Headaches & How Our Rack Solves Them ❶ Pain point : Most over‑washer shelves offer no designated space for damp towels, scrub brushes and small‑cleaning tools. These wet items end up crowding your limited shelf area and may cause moisture damage to nearby supplies. 📌Solution : Our practical dual‑side hanging hooks deliver extra hanging storage. Wet laundry gear gets great ventilation to dry quickly, while your shelf space remains fully available for detergent bottles and other essentials. ❷ Pain point : Rigid, non‑adjustable rear cross‑bars often collide with pipes and wall outlets behind your washer, requiring you to shift your heavy appliance just to install the shelf. 📌Solution: The repositionable rear cross‑bar easily works around these wall‑side obstructions. Complete your installation smoothly, with zero need to move or rearrange your laundry‑room setup. ❸ Pain point : Low‑cost thin‑metal racks gradually loosen under sustained heavy weight. Uneven floors speed‑up wear, eventually leading to tilted frames and frustrating wobbling. 📌Solution: Crafted from heavy‑duty reinforced carbon‑steel and fitted with precision leveling feet, this rack evenly distributes weight across its frame, remaining stable and wobble‑free through years of everyday use.

Great for organizing around the washer and dryer units. The assembly was easy to do. It is adjustable to customize. I like that I can hang wet clothes straight from the washer.. Dorothy. Fort Walton Beach, FL. Fri Jul 17 2026
