This small animal home was far better than expected. It is gorgeous and very functional by allowing ample storage under. The tray comes up to keep moisture from going over the sides, although small animals could kick paper bedding over the side. It is a really easy to clean dwelling. We have tried lots of different systems for guinea pigs in the past, this has been by far the best. We have two guinea pigs (they are on the smaller side) in this home, and they love it. Update I had the hinges wrong for the lid, now it shuts. I only put the fluffy slam guard on the long edge because if they are on the short ledges it doesn’t close properly. This is beautiful!
