We installed this chandelier in our vaulted bedroom ceiling and it looks absolutely stunning. It really makes the whole room feel bigger and more elegant. The wagon-wheel design gives it a rustic but modern look, and the size is perfect for a high ceiling. Assembly did take some time and patience, so be prepared for that part. Once everything was together and hung, though, it was completely worth the effort. One thing to know is that the bulbs are not included, so you’ll need to supply your own candelabra bulbs. We used clear filament bulbs and they look great with the candle style lights. Overall we are very happy with it. This chandelier arrived perfectly packaged with each piece individually wrapped in protective plastic. It seems to have good build quality and solid construction. The black metal finish feels substantial and well-made, and all components appear sturdy. However, there are several issues that prevent a higher rating. The instructions don’t properly reference this double-tiered version - it was unclear how to thread the wires up to the top tier. I had to try to find instructions elsewhere. The product specs are misleading, stating “integrated LED” in one place and “light bulbs required” in another. No E12 bulbs are included and you need 54 of them. I’m also concerned that instructions mention it should only be used in India and I’m a little nervous about the whole weight of the chandelier hanging from a single chain loop. Still waiting for our electrician to install due to our two-story ceiling, but will update when the installation is complete. Update after install: This chandelier looks great installed! The chandelier is beautiful however, the candlestick sleeves are not. The finish is supposed to be rustic wood which just looks awful. We contacted to the company to see if they could send a solid colored sleeve, they don’t sell them. Also found out we paid $100 more for this on Wayfair than what we could’ve paid from manufacturer. First and last time buying from Wayfair. Not really a good deal even with a coupon. Very frustrating!! The chandelier finally got hung in our two story and looks beautiful. We sanded the awful rustic finish off the metal candlesticks and spray painted them with Krylon Fusion all in one spray paint.
