This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.

Mepra Roasting pan appears to be made of quality stainless steel for even cooking and lifetime use. The lid doesn't fit snugly, which presents the possibility of steam escaping during cooking.
