Box was somewhat damaged upon delivery, but the item was intact. The carpet has a nive plush feel underfoot, kinda like walking on a muppet. Unfortunately the heated carpet doesn’t heat enough, and it’s inconsistent; some spots warmer than others. A big part of the carpet is not heated, which I think is a waste. Also, the pad is large , great to use on the back because it covers the a large area. I've tried it both ways. My favorite is dry therapy. It has 3 settings and also you can set it to turn after a certain amount of time. The moist therapy is used with a foam pad provided that you wet and slip into the heating pad sleeve. I don't like it too much but I'm sure that a lot of people would prefer the moistness. Overall I give the product 4 stars because there is room for improvement .
