they are sturdy once you have the dirt in them, but seem a bit flimsy when empty. Be careful filling them, as I had my neighbor help me fill with his john deer and we had to go very slowly and level the dirt in layers so it didnt warp the shape. These stands seem very sturdy, they look nice and I think they are a good size. They did take a while to assemble, because of so many screws by me using a screwdriver. Perfect for my mini Urban garden. Easy to put together, I had it together by myself in an hour or just over. Being new to growing any type of food, and with limited space, this raised bed looks lovely and has enough space for several plants. I am very happy with this product, a little adjustment to make sure it was straight and tight before filling it up ensured it's not bulging out wards after filling. It been filled now for over a month with no bulging out the sides. It fit in a space perfectly that was unusable for anything else really, so growing something here was perfect. I do love the look of it as it is in my front garden, we live in a neighborhood so I needed something that looked nice. It is a bit hidden from street view. I added a few arch trellis to it, great for providing shade and netting, and if I get tired of growing veggies I can always grow flowering vines. I highly recommend this raised bed. So far no complaints. The boxes are tongue and groove so it was easy to assemble and there no screws except the decorative caps (split on one of my corners).
